If you have any questions or any issues with any of your orders from our website, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can try our best to sort it out promptly. Our staff will assist you as required.
The freight charge will be $15 if the order amount is under $99.
The freight charge will be waived for order amount is over $99。
All orders within Australia are sent by couriers unless other specific arrangements have been made.
PO BOX address is only available from Australian Post.
We ship to all Australian postcodes. We currently do not ship internationally.
Delivery times vary depending on where you are getting your order delivered within Australia. See the table below for your estimated delivery time.
The delivery estimates are an average of delivery times within our network of carriers and may change based on your postcode and carrier. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details. You may also receive tracking notifications from the carrier.
We continuously source the most cost-effective method to deliver your orders and only work with the best carriers. We use a combination of carriers including fast way, Australia Post and others.
All orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.

Returns cases hold a validity of 48 hours without a response to our correspondence. Contact will be attempted before the case closed.
Replacements, credits or refunds will be processed after the product has been received. Replacement will be only for the same product . We do not exchange for a different product.
