甘草味甘、平,号称“中药之王”,可以清热解毒,有效的调节心、肺、脾、胃等身体各部位的功能。

Tonifies the Spleen and augments Qi ;

Moistens the Lungs, resolves Phlegm, may relieve coughing ;

Moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.

  • Contraindicated in those with Excess Dampness with nausea, vomiting and abdominal fullness.
  • Contraindicated in those who frequently drink wine.
  • Contraindicated in those who have hypertension, edema, hyperglycemic conditions, osteoporosis and general Excess secretions.
  • Large doses (over 35 gm during a one week period) can create a sodium/potassium imbalance in the blood creating edema and heart palpitations.

作用: 补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。

注意:服用甘草要注意掌握适合的药量和时间。较长时间服用甘草,可能引起水肿,血压升高、血钾减少,并出现脘腹胀满、纳呆等消化障碍。

孕妇慎用。

肾功能不好的人慎用。可能引起假性醛固酮增多症,表现为全身乏力、四肢麻痹、头痛胸闷、血压升高、水肿腹胀、血钾降低等,甚至可出现软瘫、肌溶、肾功能衰竭、心律紊乱、呼吸困难、低醛固酮等。

湿阻中满、呕吐恶心及水肿胀满者忌服。消化系统可能出现或加重恶心、呕吐、腹泻等症状。

食疗:

大麦甘草茶:准备大麦、甘草,放入清水中大火煮开,再中小火煮上15分钟,最后加入适量冰糖煮至融化,关火即好。此茶可以清暑安神,帮助消化,清血排毒等。

酸梅汤:准备乌梅、甘草、山楂、洛神花(或玫瑰花),清洗干净,放到水里烧开后,再小火煮半小时左右,根据口味加糖后,再煮10分钟即可。酸梅汤可以清暑热,降血脂,开胃活血,解酒排毒。

水煮花生:将花生放冷水中泡4小时,准备调料适量食盐、1个八角、一片桂皮、一片香叶、一个陈皮、一片甘草,适量的花椒、(茶叶)、冰糖、白豆蔻和花椒油等。将上述调料和花生一起放入清水里大火煮开,再小火煮20-30分钟至花生熟透,可再加适量香油调味,怕辣的可去掉花椒和花椒油。以上做好后关火再焖一会儿,口味会更好。活血化瘀,健脾益胃。
